Description
Proven software for the comprehensive evaluation and display of measurement results from nanoindentation measuring devices.
Availability depending on region and country.
WIN-HCU® is the proven software for all Fischer measuring devices for nanoindentation. This software controls the hardness measuring devices and evaluates the signals supplied by the measuring device. The software is intuitive to use and individually configurable – for example, to enable multiple users with different authorizations to be assigned. The software is based on the DIN ISO 14577-1 and ASTM E 2546 standards.
Simple and guided calibration workflow and Fischer calibration standards
Nanoindentation based on continuously developed algorithms
Programming and automatic execution of recurring measurement sequences
Extensive statistical evaluations including statistical process control (SPC)
Simple data export to a wide range of interfaces, such as quality management systems
Fully customizable reports and creation of individual measurement protocols with just one click
These and many other functions make Win-HCU® the most comprehensive software in the field of nanoindentation:
Quick setup of necessary test parameters and characteristics. Option to save settings for later measurements.
Quickly understandable graphic display of the measurement process and the measurement results.
The data obtained can be edited in the evaluation window. Among other things, it is possible to quickly switch between parameters and display the touchdown point (zero point).
The WIN-HCU® offers various display options for the measurement data. Statistical evaluations, an SPC chart (statistical process control), histograms, probability networks and 3D diagrams of the data can be selected.
Measurement campaigns can be programmed for semi-automated measuring.
The dynamic mode enables a complete analysis of the mechanical properties of viscoelastic materials. Such items as ageing processes, cross-linking properties, or the glass transition temperature (Tg) can also be determined or investigated.
Features
- Programmable test cycle
- Evaluation based on several measurement methods
- Graphical representation of the measured values, also in 3D
