SBEM’s ProWave80G Series – Model 138 W83 is a precision-engineered 80GHz FMCW radar level transmitter designed for highly accurate level measurement in corrosive liquid applications such as acid tanks, H₂SO₄ tanks, and chemical dosing systems. With a maximum measuring range of 60 meters and exceptional accuracy of ±2mm, the 138 W83 offers superior performance in challenging industrial environments. It features a narrow beam angle (3° or 8°), IP67-rated aluminium housing, and SS+PTFE antenna material, making it ideal for harsh and corrosive conditions. The device supports a 2-wire 24VDC power supply with an analog 4–20mA and optional HART output for seamless system integration. Its real-time 128×64 dot matrix display enhances visibility and monitoring. Designed with flanged installation, multiple cable entry options (PG11 or ½” NPT), and process temperature support up to 200°C, SBEM’s 138 W83 ensures reliability and durability in the global chemical, power, and fertilizer industries. It is available in two temperature variants up to 85°C and 200°C.
