SBEM’s ProWave80G Series – Model 138 W81 is a high-performance 80GHz FMCW radar level transmitter designed for accurate and reliable level measurement in both solids and liquids across diverse industrial applications. With a measuring range of up to 60 meters, narrow beam angle, and advanced false echo suppression, it ensures precise readings even in complex process environments. The 138 W81 supports a 2-wire systems with a 4-20 mA and optional HART communication, allowing seamless integration into existing infrastructure without major modifications. Its robust IP67-rated aluminium housing, SS+PTFE antenna, and compatibility with threaded and flanged installations make it ideal for use in water treatment plants, oil and fuel tanks, food processing, defense, and public utilities. The device operates effectively in harsh temperatures (up to 200°C) and includes a clear 128×64 dot matrix display for real-time monitoring. Designed for global industrial use, SBEM’s 138 W81 ensures accurate, durable, and maintenance-free radar level measurement. . It is available in two temperature variants up to 85°C and 200°C.
