Description
SBEM’s Paddle Type Level Switch Series 135 LC is a robust and modular solution for reliable level control of free-flowing solids, including powders, granules, and food grains, designed for global industrial applications. Featuring a weatherproof IP-65 rated enclosure made of cast aluminium and polyurethane paint, this switch ensures long-lasting performance in dusty and demanding environments. Its operating principle is based on a motor-driven paddle system, which detects material levels through torque variation when the paddle is obstructed. Key features include a PTFE lip seal to prevent dust ingress, stainless steel flexible coupling for shock resistance, adjustable or fixed shaft extensions, and field-replaceable paddle assemblies. The device offers versatile mounting options (threaded or flanged) and supports high-temperature operations up to 400°C with optional stand-offs and dust seal assemblies. The Series 135 LC is suitable for industrial applications in cement, fertilizers, PVC chips, food processing, and more. It is a critical component for accurate level measurement in global manufacturing and process industries.
