A weighing module can be mounted at tip of various transfering devices, and weigh product during not only in horizontal and vertical directions, but also in complicated movements such as articulated robot arm.
Reliable grip
The module automatically checks by weight if it is gripping a product correctly or not.
Grading
It works for grading with a great accuracy of up to 0.5g. * Accuracy depends on product shape, arm hand, and transfer speed.
NG item Reject
The module rejects NG products by weight difference.
Weighing and feeding of raw materials
Raw materials weighing and feeding can be performed at the same time for shortening production process.
