Compact Bagmaker i-UP 8000

i-UP 8000, a compact bagmaker combines bag making, wrapping and sealing in one simultaneous operation, using low-cost polyethylene film.This unique bagmaker produces different size bags from one width of film reducing total cost of ownership (TCO).The perfect solution for bagging small amounts of industrial components, or spice and condiment packets.

Using low-cost polyethylene film (L-LDPE) the machine produces various bag lengths from one material type, leading to lower film cost, purchasing leverage, reduced stock type variation and minimal set-up downtime. Resulting in lower cost of ownership and a greater return on a smaller investment.

Ishida's advanced ultrasonic sealing system has earned the reputation for creating securely sealed bags with attractive finishes.

The flexible setup allows for numerous bag sizes with different widths and lengths.

Widths of 150, 185, 235, and 300 mm and lengths from 70 mm to 400 mm in 10 mm steps, combine to create a variety of preferred and custom size packaging.

i-UP 8000 compact, the small footprint allows greater flexibility to create ergonomic production line layouts to suit the available workspace, with the ability to interface to numerous systems, for example, filling conveyors, checkweighers, counting and filling machines.

Also, an optional external printer to print variable information directly onto the film, during the bag making process, improves the flexibility and efficiency of the production line. In addition, detection sensors monitor the process to help prevent errors that may lead to downtime.
